Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Grow, Manage and Nurture a network of strategic accounts – Engage and build strong business relationships with stakeholders – Continue relationships with our existing network of acquisition opportunities – Generate and report on leads – Set up qualified appointments – Move opportunities through the M&A pipeline to the M&A company transactions – Identify and solicit targets for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships – Conduct market intelligence and map out key areas of focus for M&A – Advice clients for their deal structure – Manage all aspects of the M&A process – Conduct negotiations until closing of the transactions

Vos atouts pour le poste !

• Successful completion of an undergrad in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field
• To detain a CPA title or can be in progress (asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, Banking, or related field
• Proven positive leadership skills with experience in managing a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to carry high-level conversations with executives
• Powerful business development and negotiation skills with proven track record
• Excellent understanding of software business models (asset)
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation understanding
• Strong organization and talent for time management
• Results oriented, strategic mindset with superior attention to detail
• Solid influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
• Bilingualism: Excellent communication in English, spoken and written (French is considered as an asset)
