Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network – Execute the search for specific candidates – Propose innovative strategies to find potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks) – Analyze and follow up on applications – Carry out the entire recruitment process (phone calls, interviews, presentations, coaching, negotiations, etc.) – Conduct proactive headhunting – Maintain up-to-date candidate files in our computer system (Zoho One) – Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates to shine in the market

Vos atouts pour le poste!

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, marketing, etc.)
– Professional designation CPA, CHRP, CFA (assets);
– Have sales, consulting or customer service skills, etc;
– Be recognized for your human values, integrity, team spirit, concern for a job well done and determination
– Functional bilingualism in English or French
