Your responsibilities in a few words!

Review all invoices prior to entering in AP – Process payment requests (checks, electronic transfers & wires) – Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures, and distribute them accordingly – Respond to all vendor inquiries – Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies – Assist in month end closing – Maintain files and documentation accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
