Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Coordinate all accounting operational functions for real estate operations and other passive investments – Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data – Prepare internal monthly and annual financial statements – Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process – Overview the budget process – GST QST management – Lead the payroll team – Supervise the credit card payments – Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes – Evaluate accounting and internal control systems – Ensure the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed – Coordinate activities with external auditors

Vos atouts pour le poste !

• Relevant experience in real estate or portfolio consolidation • CPA designation (considered asset) • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills • Knowledge of accounting standard for private enterprises • Understanding of financial reporting, treasury and taxes for U.S. and Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada • Bilingualism: must be fluent in English (written and spoken) French is considered as an asset

Your role will consist of supervising real estate entries, get loans from the banks, file tax reports, and make sure payroll is reported on time.
