Your responsibilities in a few words!

Effectuer le cycle complet de la paie pour environ 200 employés à travers 5 provinces – Assurer la conformité avec les lois sur la paie et les politiques internes – Gérer les mouvements de personnel et les absences – Administrer les régimes d’avantages sociaux (assurance collective, retraite, etc.) – Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour les réclamations et dossiers d’invalidité – Préparer les écritures comptables liées aux salaires et avantages – Produire les déclarations annuelles (T4, relevé 1, etc.) – Soutenir les équipes de paie du groupe et participer aux projets d’implantation de systèmes – Maintenir un excellent service auprès des employés et gestionnaires – Participer aux activités de fin de période comptable

Your assets for this position!

At least 10 years’ experience in multi-jurisdictional payroll
Mastery of the complete Canadian payroll cycle
In-depth knowledge of the Nethris system
Knowledge of provincial payroll legislation
Experience with benefits programs
SCP or GAP certification (asset)
Good command of Excel and the Office suite
Ability to produce reports for authorities and HR
Experience in implementing or optimizing HR or payroll systems
Bilingualism : use of functional English is a minimum requirement
