Your responsibilities in a few words!
Prepare and verify invoices as instructed by professionals – Collaborate with lawyers and paralegals to resolve invoicing issues – Manage electronic invoicing via various platforms – Prepare financial reports – Process invoice cancellations and corrections – Follow up on accounts-to-bill projects – Apply internal procedures regarding write-offs – Any other related tasks.
Your assets for this position!
College diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques or accounting (or equivalent)
3 years' experience in billing, ideally in a professional services firm
Knowledge of electronic billing software (asset)
Excellent command of written and spoken French
Interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
Integrity and respect for confidentiality
Functional level of English, command of spoken and written French
