Your responsibilities in a few words!

Collaborate in the development of IT tools for portfolio financial management – Report performance indicators for financial management processes – Recommend any relevant changes or improvements to management – Carry out various controls to ensure the completeness, accuracy and compliance of transactions – Prepare error and inaccuracy reports and suggest improvements for review and approval – Contribute to the development and planning of financial management processes, Prepare reports on errors and inaccuracies, and suggest improvements for review and approval – Contribute to the development and planning of work methods and the control of accounting operations – Advise the technicians of the accounting team in the preparation of their reports. Advise technicians in the financial management team on how to handle unusual files in the systems – Collaborate in the annual confirmation process for guarantees in the portfolio – Cooperate in updating compliance practices and methods – Exercise an advisory role with professionals and technicians concerning the application and interpretation of financial management policies, Collaborate in the implementation of policies relating to the financial management of the portfolio, including directives, procedures and work tools.

Your assets for this position!

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a field relevant to the role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial portfolio management
  • Knowledge of debt and equity, compliance and portfolio administration files
  • Knowledge of finance or banking (an asset)
  • Familiarity with the Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of French and ability to communicate both orally and in writing
