Your responsibilities in a few words!
Act as the Finance Director’s right-hand man – Manage the complete accounting cycle – Invoice and follow up accounts receivable and payable – Produce Canadian and US payroll – Prepare and analyze financial statements – Collaborate on ERP implementation (Microsoft Business Central) – Automate and improve accounting processes – Prepare tax reports (GST/QST) – Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts – Etc.
Your assets for this position!
DEC or BAC in accounting with more than 4 years’ experience
Mastery of the accounting cycle, including payroll
Experience in multi-currency and ERP (major assets)
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Functional bilingualism
