Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare and reconcile human resources and payroll data – Coordinate and conduct all payroll and benefits accounting and reconciliation activities – Manage checks received from government agencies and employees – Prepare HR and payroll reports in EmployeurD – Take charge of organizing and implementing department projects – Manage third-party payment reconciliations and remittances – Perform other related tasks

Your assets for this position!

  • Minimum of three years' experience in performing HR and payroll-related analytical tasks
  • Familiarity with complex HR/Payroll processes and procedures
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of several payroll systems, including EmployeurD (an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, accounting practices and principles, and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
