Your responsibilities in a few words!
Administrer les fonds d’investissement et structures connexes – Réviser et optimiser les processus comptables et financiers – Participer activement à la planification financière (FP&A) – Analyser les données financières et produire des rapports périodiques – Contribuer à la structuration de l’équipe entre les pôles « fonds » et « corporatif » – Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance et tableaux de bord – Participer aux audits de fin d’année et à la conformité réglementaire – Améliorer et automatiser les fichiers Excel (macros, TCD, formules avancées) – Collaborer avec plusieurs départements et partenaires internes/externes – Répondre aux besoins d’analyse ad hoc avec rigueur et autonomie
Your assets for this position!
BAC in finance, mathematics or other quantitative field
Experience in an investment fund or asset management
Excel expertise (macros, complex formulas, automation)
Knowledge of traditional and alternative investments (assets)
Experience in operations or back office in finance
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Ability to improve processes, structure and organize in a context of growth
Solid understanding of financial flows and legal structures
Fluency with tools such as dashboards and financial indicators
Excellent writing and analytical skills
