Your responsibilities in a few words!

Effectuer les activités de clôture mensuelle, y compris la préparation des écritures de journal et des rapprochements de comptes – Participer à la préparation des informations financières trimestrielles et annuelles, incluant les présentations à la direction et au conseil d’administration – Compiler et analyser les données financières – Participer à l’exécution et à la documentation des contrôles SOX – Contribuer aux projets d’amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus financiers – Répondre aux demandes ad hoc des différents départements

Your assets for this position!

1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA designation or in process (an asset)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to quickly master financial systems
Experience with Oracle and SmartView (an asset)
ERP experience (an asset)
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good team player and proactive
Bilingualism required (advanced English, functional French)
