Your responsibilities in a few words!
Participer au cycle comptable complet – Produire les états financiers mensuels et annuels – Effectuer des analyses financières et produire des rapports pour la direction – Gérer la trésorerie, les marges de crédit et les taux de change – Préparer et analyser les inventaires et les postes de dépenses – Soutenir la conformité comptable et les vérifications externes – Traiter la paie de plus de 100 employés avec Employeur D – Gérer les imports RH via le SIRH CangarooRH – Produire les feuillets fiscaux et assurer la conformité aux normes en vigueur – Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
Mastery of the full accounting cycle
Knowledge of budgeting processes (an asset)
Knowledge of payroll regulatory obligations (an asset)
Experience with an ERP (an asset)
Knowledge of Employeur D and CangarooRH (an asset)
Mastery of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Excellent command of French and functional English
