Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure inventory reconciliation and analyze variances – Manage financial allocations related to IT assets – Monitor and control procurement transactions – Collaborate with IT, finance and supplier teams – Produce and analyze financial and operational reports – Optimize processes related to asset and inventory management – Maintain rigorous internal controls in a dynamic environment – Support the manager in financial and operational decisions
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Experience in inventory or asset management
Experience in an operational or financial environment
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance
Exposure to an IT or procurement environment
Experience in analyzing complex financial data
Knowledge of internal controls and financial processes
Knowledge of French and English (professional level)
