Your responsibilities in a few words!

Participate in process automation projects – Ensure reporting and communication directly to partners – Act as accounting manager – Perform complementary analysis to financial statements – Participate in budgeting – Analyze budget and expense variances monthly – See to customer invoicing and collections – Manage the full cycle of payables – Coordinate sales tax reports – Perform monthly review of expense accounts Account for the calculation of instalments and tax provisions – Be involved in the annual audit – Manage payroll and group insurance – Report information to the LGA and analyze discrepancies – Prepare various tax statements and government reports – Collaborate in various HR tasks (follow-up of hiring files, employee profiles, etc.)

Your assets for this position!

  • Hold a CPA designation
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience with the full accounting cycle including payroll
  • Familiarity with diversifying tasks in a small to medium sized business or corporate, investment or service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the financial investment sector (asset)
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Enjoy teamwork, collaboration and adaptability
  • Bilingualism: express yourself clearly in French and English (spoken and written)
