Your responsibilities in a few words!

Be the main contact person for a major $30M annual program involving over 1,500 participants – Structure, and optimize financial reports related to marketing initiatives – Actively participate in the monthly closing process and perform accounting reconciliations – Analyze and challenge financial assumptions to ensure data integrity – Implement and reinforce internal controls – Prepare and present financial analyses to Vice-Presidents and the President – Supervise and mentor two clerks, fostering their development – Contribute to budgetary processes and cross-functional projects (inventories, controls, process optimization) – Participate in the continuous improvement of financial monitoring tools and methods

Your assets for this position!

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance
– Advanced mastery of Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)
– Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure and interpret voluminous financial data
– Experience in an internal controls environment (SOX an asset)
– Title: CPA or CFA (an asset)
– Knowledge of Power BI
– Experience in team supervision
– Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
