Your responsibilities in a few words!

Coordinate the annual budget process – Ensure close collaboration during the budget process – Analyze quarterly the group performance, variances to budget, Support the ongoing development of tools and models used to ensure consistency of performance indicators – Ensure the management of corporate performance indicators – Manage the quarterly governance of leasing and performance statistics – Coordinate the proper management and visibility of real estate business statistics – Collaborate with the financial reporting team in the preparation of the quarterly management report and other financial reports of the fund – Improve the automation of financial reporting – Assist the finance team with the coordination of equity raises and other financial instruments, Assist the finance team with the coordination of equity offerings and other financial instruments, including close collaboration with the external audit team – Stay abreast of industry best practices and develop quarterly benchmarks of other REITs – Assist the finance team with internal models of investment property valuations – Follow models developed by external analysts – Participate in the development of dynamic management tools – Perform analysis and undertake special projects as required

Your assets for this position!

  • BAA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA-CFA designation (asset)
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry (asset)
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Experience with the Argus system (asset)
  • Bilingualism: express yourself clearly in French and English (spoken and written)
