Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assister la directrice de la comptabilité dans la supervision des opérations comptables et financières – Participer à la production des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels – Analyser la rentabilité globale et par projet, les coûts de production et les marges – Assurer le suivi des activités de trésorerie et des déclarations fiscales – Superviser la facturation par projet et la gestion des comptes de dépenses – Réviser la paie et comptabiliser les écritures afférentes – Mettre en place et optimiser les outils comptables et financiers – Assurer le suivi des budgets de chaque département – Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes lors des travaux d’audit – Gérer et accompagner les techniciens comptables dans leurs tâches.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field (or commitment to pursue a BAC)

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in project accounting and full accounting cycle management

Mastery of payroll and project billing processes

Experience in SMEs with an overview of accounting operations

Knowledge of Sage 50 and ERP systems (an asset)

Advanced command of French and functional English

Strong analytical skills and financial rigor

Autonomy, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment

Ability to manage and motivate a team
