Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Oversees the implementation and execution of all financial functions and audits – Responsible for the production and integrity of local profit, loss statements and monthly rolling forecast projections – Establish meaningful performance metrics and management reporting to drive company performance – Work cross functionally to prepare budgets and analyse financial performance to identify upsides and risks – Proactively anticipate and manage risks and opportunities to maintain financial goals – Collaborate with the direction to coordinate your financial team – Ensure timely and accurate month end close – Develop various practices, internal controls, policies and procedures – Oversight of all required tax related activities required by the government – Manage day to day payroll operation – Lead the implementation of key company policies, maintenance of terms and all allowed expenses – Oversee the supply chain expenses – Build trade partner relationships with the wholesalers to enable collaboration and continuous improvement – Create a highly motivated, high functioning team that aims to embody the business effectiveness department vision – Asses processes and procedures to ensure your team optimal output and performance – Provide coaching, training and leadership to your department – Monitor performance impact of your employees by providing clear guidance on your expectations and feedbacks on status of achievement – Address any team members issues and establish an action plan for their improvement – Ensure collaboration within your organisation – Lead functional planning and manage capacity budget to ensure that resources are optimally leveraged

• Education/Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Equivalent - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in analytics or marketing/market research - Experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry an asset Essentials skills: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking - Ability to manipulate large, multi-dimensional data sets to answer business questions and make recommendations - Prepare and deliver effective presentations that story-tell with data - Excellent working knowledge of IQVIA Services (TSA, CDH, GPM, Xponent, NBRx, Rx Dynamics, PharmaStat, FINDr, and OneKey) an asset - High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written) Competencies: - Customer Focus: understand internal customers’ business needs, issues and reality in order to achieve business goals. - Action Oriented: demonstrates organization, project-management, proactivity, accountability - Drives Results: passionate about solving business problems through data-driven insights that inform cross functional teams’ decision making - Collaborates: Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders - Self-Development: strong desire to deepen or broaden skill sets through feedback and development
