Your responsibilities in a few words!

Document and analyze both business requirements and process flows for the Finance transformation project using SAP S/4HANA – Understand detailed process designs and end-state solutions of S/4HAN4 – Provide business feedback on detailed process design and functional specifications – Collaborate with the Business Process Lead to validate and sign-off on the future-state financial processes – Assist in analyzing, clarifying, and prioritizing project requirements – Obtain sign-off from business process owners on a solution proposed for a specific process – Participate in user acceptance testing activities – Assist in the process of data migration and mapping from the existing SAP instance (ECC) to new SAP system (S/4HANA) – Perform analysis for the Business Process Lead to enable key decisions on the definition of future processes – Support the Finance Project Team to analyze and look for ways to leverage available technology to improve processes – Ensure that future processes put in place are optimized and the best solutions are selected to achieve objectives – Participate in updating existing processes and related controls impacted by the S/4HANA implementation – Identify impact of system and process changes on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) key controls – Perform testing of security roles to ensure they comply with requirements and segregation of duties rules – Support and assist in other data-related activities such as data governance, profiling, cleansing, quality, integrity, and reporting such as BW – Support change management activities
