Your responsibilities in a few words!
Superviser le cycle comptable complet et assurer l’exactitude des données financières – Préparer les états financiers mensuels et appuyer les fins de période – Participer activement à l’audit externe annuel – Gérer les opérations liées à la paie avec le fournisseur externe – Préparer les budgets et rapports destinés à la direction et au comité d’audit – Assurer le suivi rigoureux des comptes fournisseurs et clients – Produire les déclarations fiscales (TPS/TVQ) – Effectuer des écritures comptables complexes et la conciliation bancaire – Mettre en place et optimiser les pratiques comptables internes
Your assets for this position!
CPA title
7 to 10 years’ experience in accounting (full cycle including payroll), auditing, budgeting, etc.
Advanced level of Excel proficiency
Experience in NPO or with public funds
Knowledge of NetSuite and QuickBase (assets)
Thoroughness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of French and functional English
