Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser une équipe comptable de 8 personnes – Gérer le cycle comptable complet, incluant la paie – Assurer la production des états financiers et des rapports de gestion – Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables – Collaborer à l’implantation et l’optimisation des systèmes financiers – Veiller au respect des normes comptables et des obligations réglementaires – Soutenir la direction dans la planification et le suivi budgétaire – Assurer le suivi des audits et des contrôles internes – Offrir un encadrement et un soutien aux membres de l’équipe

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline or CPA designation (an asset)

Minimum 6 years’ experience in accounting, including 3 years in team management

Mastery of the complete accounting cycle, including payroll

Experience with a professional order, foundation or NPO (asset)

Experience in system implementation and understanding of IT issues (asset)

Excellent command of French

Ability to work independently and make decisions

Ability to optimize and structure accounting processes
