Your responsibilities in a few words!
Superviser la préparation des états financiers consolidés – Assurer la conformité aux normes IFRS et SOX – Coordonner les dépôts financiers auprès des organismes de réglementation – Optimiser les processus de reporting financier – Rédiger les MD&A et autres documents de divulgation financière – Gérer les interactions avec les auditeurs externes – Participer à l’intégration de nouvelles acquisitions – Collaborer avec les équipes finances, fiscalité, trésorerie et juridiques – Gérer et encadrer l’équipe de reporting financier.
Your assets for this position!
CPA with at least 5 years’ experience in financial reporting and consolidation
Experience in a public company context
Knowledge of IFRS and SOX requirements
Experience in team supervision and coaching
Good ability to write MD&A in English
Comfortable with accounting and ERP systems
Experience with Oracle and Workiva (an asset)
Strong in process improvement and project management
Bilingualism required (functional French, professional English)
