Your responsibilities in a few words!

Import invoices and cash receipts – Analyze possible discrepancies and ensure balancing, if necessary – Produce cheques and make deposits – Participate in the process of sending statements of account – Reconcile customer payments and corporate credit cards – Respond to requests from members of the association – Ensure data entry in various Excel analysis tables – Participate in the coordination of accounts payable and receivable

Your assets for this position!

  • AEC, DEP or DEC in accounting or a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (in development)
  • Knowledge of NPO operations (asset)
  • Proficient with basic accounting techniques (entries, debit, credit, etc.)
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable working with different computer systems (Excel, Word, Sage, Outlook, etc.)
  • Analytical, organized, autonomous, stable and reliable
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
  • Bilingualism: communicate clearly in French and English (spoken and written)
