Your responsibilities in a few words!

Produce accounting for a large real estate portfolio – Produce various financial reports – Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements – Contribute to the management of the budget process and bank reconciliations – Ensure the follow-up of cash flows – Collaborate with external auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements – Manage whistleblower files, subcontractor compliance letters and releases – Actively participate in the improvement of accounting processes and systems

Your assets for this position!

  • BAC in Accounting
  • CPA designation (an asset)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting (asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Ability to work in a team and good organizational skills
  • Bilingualism: ability to express oneself well in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Summary
