Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser une équipe comptable de 8 personnes – Gérer les fonctions comptables quotidiennes incluant les écritures générales et la clôture de fin de mois/année – Préparer et examiner les états financiers consolidés et non consolidés – Coordonner le processus d’audit de fin d’année et préparer les états financiers audités – Assurer la conformité avec les obligations fiscales et réglementaires – Identifier les risques financiers et proposer des améliorations aux processus et contrôles internes – Optimiser les systèmes comptables et les procédures – Collaborer avec les autres départements pour intégrer les changements dans les rapports financiers – Diriger une culture d’équipe positive axée sur la performance et la collaboration

Your assets for this position!

Completed CPA designation
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar position
Solid command of Canadian standards NCECF (ASPE)
Experience in accounting team supervision
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
Experience in a high-volume transactional environment
Familiarity with modern accounting technology tools
Knowledge of NetSuite (an asset)
Perfect command of English and working knowledge of French
