Your responsibilities in a few words!

Réviser les états financiers et les projections mensuelles – Superviser le processus budgétaire annuel – Analyser les bilans consolidés et les indicateurs clés – Coordonner les équipes de comptabilité, facturation et comptes payables – Produire les rapports financiers destinés à la direction – Collaborer étroitement avec le Vice-président Finances sur les initiatives stratégiques – Assurer le respect des normes comptables (NCECF) – Répondre aux demandes analytiques des associés directeurs – Effectuer des déplacements trimestriels dans les bureaux de Toronto, Halifax ou Québec – Offrir un accompagnement-conseil aux gestionnaires des différentes divisions.

Your assets for this position!

CPA designation required
Minimum 5 years’ corporate experience in a similar position
Experience in team management (minimum 2 years)
Solid command of NCECF standards and the full accounting cycle
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with an ERP, ideally Deltek Maconomy (asset)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Experience in professional services (asset)
Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
Leadership, analytical skills and autonomy
