Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare monthly financial statements, month-end entries and reconcile balance sheet items – Analyze monthly results and explain variances with the budget – Ensure the application of accounting policies and raise anomalies – Participate in various analysis and improvement projects – Collaborate with management to develop financial projections and budgets for several entities – Participate in the optimization of departmental processes and the creation of work tools – Write GST/QST reports for the various entities – Contribute to the external audit file

Your assets for this position!

  • CPA Title
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a law firm or industry
  • - Interest and experience with reporting and consolidation, etc.

    • Good command of the Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and office automation tools.
    • Good knowledge of the NECEF (asset)
    • Knowledge of the manufacturing, transportation or marine industry (assets)
    • Know how to collaborate and follow deadlines
    • Be disciplined, self-reliant, methodical and respectful by nature
    • Bilingualism: express yourself and write clearly in French and English
