Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise accounting team to ensure monthly closing in 5 days – Produce, analyze and present monthly and annual financial statements – Oversee the annual audit and ensure the accuracy of financial data – Analyze production costs and monitor KPIs – Support the implementation of ERP modules and improve processes – Participate in the planning of raw material and production requirements – Monitor and improve accounting work methods – Coach and mentor accounting team members – Manage access to accounting systems and ensure their integrity – Help achieve health and safety objectives.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA designation
5+ years' experience as a controller
Bilingualism, verbal and written (French and English)
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP and Microsoft Office
Strong autonomy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills
Experience in manufacturing and cost analysis an asset
Ability to work in a structured, high-pressure environment
