Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise the accounting team – Review the various account reconciliations – Be responsible for the production of monthly and annual financial statements – Document the consolidation process in a complex multi-entity environment, including several entities and several levels of consolidation – Prepare the consolidated financial statements and analyze the quarterly financial statements – Ensure the accuracy of the monthly results of all the business units that are part of the group – Review the preparation of the various monthly Participate in the preparation of the year-end file – Participate annually in the preparation of the corporate tax provisions – Coordinate the external auditors’ requests for auditing as well as the various punctual requests from the tax authorities in relation to corporate taxes or sales taxes – Review the monthly tax returns Review monthly sales tax returns and implement appropriate procedures to comply with the rules in effect – Participate in the implementation of key financial processes – Monitor risk management and internal controls – Coordinate the preparation of the corporate budget and follow up on budget variances periodically – Develop continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and improve performance
