Your responsibilities in a few words!

Développement d’affaires et gestion de clients (50%) – Cultiver et approfondir les relations avec un portefeuille de clients prestigieux – Développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires auprès de clients potentiels – Comprendre les besoins évolutifs des organisations de premier plan et proposer des solutions de recrutement adaptées – Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et contribuer à la croissance de Kenova – Offrir un accompagnement client distinctif qui renforce notre positionnement d’excellence

Activités de recrutement et chasse de têtes (50%) – Diriger personnellement des mandats de recrutement complexes ou stratégiques pour des postes de professionnels et de cadres – Conseiller les candidats de haut niveau dans leur cheminement professionnel avec une approche personnalisée – Assurer la qualité et l’efficacité des processus de recrutement répondant aux exigences d’une clientèle prestigieuse – Contribuer à l’innovation de nos méthodes pour garantir des placements durables

Your assets for this position!

Professional designation (CHRP, CPA, etc.)
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a consulting or recruitment firm
Demonstrated experience in business development and customer account management
Experience in team management and talent development
Professional network in accounting⁄ finance, administration or HR, particularly with professionals and executives (assets)
Best practices in recruitment and headhunting for high-level positions
Functional bilingualism (French and English)
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships of trust with prestigious customers
Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Transparency and benevolence
