Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage all accounting functions, including billing, collections, payroll and cash disbursements – Prepare quarterly financial reports and year-end forecasts – Prepare budgets, Monitor and report variances – Manage banking and investment matters – Manage annual financial audit by external accounting firm – Coordinate meetings with accounting firm and Board members – Assist with logistical preparation of meetings – Maintain directory of company policies and guidelines – Oversee tax returns and statutory remittances.

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC or BAC in accounting or administration
  • 5 years' experience in a generalist role (accounting, administration, HR)
  • Experience in a similar role in the private sector
  • French mother tongue and high level of English (full proficiency)
  • Autonomy and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and interest in the environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Process and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team
