Your responsibilities in a few words!
Act as a strategic partner to management – Define and steer financial strategy in line with growth objectives – Oversee financial operations: accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting and closing – Manage and mobilize the finance team – Develop pricing, profitability and cost-costing strategies – Communicate financial statements and dashboards to support decision-making – Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory standards – Manage external partners: auditors, financial institutions, tax specialists, etc. – Plan financial activities related to R&D and innovation.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation required
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in finance
Proven experience in team management
Expertise in the consulting or services sector
Mastery of reporting tools
Knowledge of Netsuite: a strong asset
Excellent command of French and English
