Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser la gestion financière de plusieurs entités au Canada et aux États-Unis – Élaborer et suivre les budgets et prévisions financières – Optimiser la gestion de trésorerie et assurer la conformité fiscale internationale – Superviser la paie et les opérations comptables – Gérer et optimiser les royalties et distributions aux artistes – Structurer et analyser les rapports financiers pour faciliter la prise de décision – Améliorer les contrôles internes et les processus financiers – Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les associés et managers pour aligner la stratégie financière

Your assets for this position!

5 to 10 years’ experience in financial management and accounting

Mandatory CPA title

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting and cash management

Experience in the music industry and royalty management (an asset)

Knowledge of Canadian and US taxation (an asset)

Excellent skills in structuring and improving financial processes

Very comfortable with technology, able to implement new systems or at least maintain them

Fully bilingual in French and English

Ability to manage a dynamic, constantly changing environment

Sense of diplomacy and excellent communication skills

Natural leadership and ability to support teams in their growth
