Your responsibilities in a few words!
Gérer l’ensemble du cycle comptable complet des actifs immobiliers – Produire les états financiers mensuels et annuels – Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les écritures de régularisation – Élaborer les budgets et prévisions financières – Assurer la conformité fiscale (TVQ/TVH) et les remises gouvernementales – Gérer les assurances, baux, CAM, taxes et charges récupérables – Coordonner les vérifications annuelles et préparer les dossiers de fin d’année – Maintenir à jour les systèmes comptables (Sage) – Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires internes et externes (municipalités, locataires, institutions financières) – Jouer un rôle de bras droit de la présidente – Créer et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord par immeuble et projet de développement – Gérer les dépenses d’exploitation et en immobilisation (CAPEX) et assurer leur ventilation comptable – Préparer les documents requis pour les financements et assurer le suivi avec les prêteurs – Renouveler les assurances et négocier les couvertures appropriées avec les courtiers – Mener les échanges administratifs et financiers avec jugement et professionnalisme (ville, prêteurs, locataires) – Appliquer un jugement professionnel dans le traitement de dossiers sensibles ou complexes
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CPA designation (Asset)
Minimum 15-20 years experience in accounting – Full accounting cycle SME context
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial real estate
Excellent command of Sage and QuickBooks
Good financial analysis and budget management skills
Ability to interact with external partners (financial institutions, municipalities)
Knowledge of real estate standards and processes
Bilingualism required in English (impeccable) and French
