Your responsibilities in a few words!
Procéder à un diagnostic organisationnel pour optimiser les ressources – Définir et implanter de nouvelles orientations stratégiques avec le CA – Produire les rapports de gestion et les bilans financiers – Représenter la direction auprès des copropriétaires et partenaires – Encadrer les équipes de maintenance, sécurité, services aux résidents et comptabilité – Gérer le budget et les ressources de façon efficiente – Superviser les projets spéciaux et les travaux majeurs – Développer et structurer la fonction RH – Assurer une satisfaction constante des résidents – Mobiliser, évaluer et faire évoluer les employés sous votre responsabilité.
Your assets for this position!
University degree in administration, property management, accounting or related field
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience in property management, condominium or high-end residential sector
Solid expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience in dealing with a board of directors
Mastery of financial and budget management tools
Knowledge of building maintenance processes
Ability to structure operations and instill rigor
Mobilizing leadership with excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingualism (French and English)
