Diriger des mandats de performance financière et opérationnelle – Accompagner les dirigeants dans leur plan de croissance, de relève ou de transformation – Agir à titre de coach d’affaires et de conseiller stratégique – Développer et structurer l’offre de services-conseils du cabinet – Gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire avec leadership – Participer activement à la croissance du cabinet – Contribuer au rayonnement de l’entreprise auprès des PME québécoises – Assurer une veille stratégique sur les meilleures pratiques d’affaires – Bâtir et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients – Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires

Significant experience in a consulting firm or strategic corporate role
Professional designation CPA, CBV, CFA or equivalent experience
Excellent strategic and financial analysis skills
Demonstrated team management skills
In-depth knowledge of SME issues
Fluency in spoken and written French
Comprehension of English in a professional context
Ability to evolve in an entrepreneurial and growing environment
Experience in developing professional offers or services
Ability to build trusting relationships with managers
