Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser et faire évoluer les outils d’analyse et de performance (Excel, Power BI) – Analyser les ventes, marges, prix et rentabilité par produit, canal et territoire – Participer à la planification financière, budgétisation et suivi des écarts – Produire des rapports stratégiques et tableaux de bord à valeur ajoutée – Collaborer avec les opérations, marketing et approvisionnement pour l’analyse de performance – Proposer des recommandations concrètes pour optimiser l’efficience – Améliorer les processus financiers et opérationnels – Piloter les projets structurants et la recherche de financement – Assurer l’intégrité des données financières utilisées pour les décisions – Mobiliser et encadrer l’équipe financière incluant un contrôleur et des analystes

Your assets for this position!

CPA or CFA designation required
Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance, including a strategic role
Advanced mastery of Excel (modeling, automation, complex formulas)
Expertise with Power BI or other data visualization tool
Knowledge of NetSuite (an asset)
Experience in e-commerce, retail or high-growth company (an asset)
Experience in seeking financing or banking relations (an asset)
Ability to explain financial data to a variety of audiences
Fluency in French and professional English
