Your responsibilities in a few words!
Définir les orientations budgétaires et piloter la stratégie financière – Participer activement aux décisions stratégiques en collaboration avec la direction générale – Superviser et mobiliser une équipe expérimentée en finances – Assurer la conformité et le suivi des redditions de comptes – Réaliser des analyses financières stratégiques et rédiger des rapports de recommandations – Planifier et contrôler les activités liées aux finances, approvisionnements et administration – Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion – Collaborer à des projets d’envergure et structurants pour le territoire – Optimiser les opérations financières dans le respect des règlements en vigueur

CPA designation required
Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 4 years in management
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, administration or public management
Experience in strategic budget planning
Proficiency in Office 365 environment
Knowledge of accounting software
Experience in team management
Understanding of the municipal environment (asset)
Experience in accountability (asset)
Agility with procurement processes (asset)
Bilingualism required
