Vos responsabilités en quelques mots!

Manage all aspects of acquisition accounting; opening balances, completion accounts, working capital reconciliation, purchase price allocation – Collaborate with vendors/lawyers/external experts as required – Support divestures and carve-outs, providing the required financial information in a timely manner – Manage the audit cycle – Lead group consolidation – Coordinate group and subsidiaries financial statements – Deploy accounting policies manual for the Group – Monitor development in accounting standards that might affect and develop plans for adoption – With other finance team members, coordinate the automatizations and simplify processes – Manage potential large-scale projects (IFRS transition, IPO readiness, etc.) – Support implementation of the company’s global tax strategy – Assist in providing tax advisory to mitigate tax risks and exposure – Suggest and implement suitable outsourcing arrangements for tax compliance

Vos atouts pour le poste !

• Detain a CPA title (must) • Experience in a Big 4 firm or with equivalent in-house experience • Comfortable with technology and automation procedures (willing to learn PowerBI, PowerQuery and other tools) • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Comfortable with a fast pace, ambiguity and be resourceful • Intellectual curiosity, methodical habbits, and appetite for technical knowledge • Willingness to drive change and to learn • Bilingualism: fluently speaking and writing in English (French is considered as an asset)
