Your responsibilities in a few words!
Tenir à jour les registres comptables et les documents financiers pour les entités d’investissement – Préparer la comptabilité générale et les écritures comptables des entités liées aux investissements privés, immobiliers et autres – Assurer la conformité fiscale (TPS/TVQ, impôts personnels et corporatifs) – Préparer des rapports financiers internes – Suivre les transactions d’investissement, les rendements et les flux de trésorerie – Maintenir les documents requis pour les obligations de déclaration étrangère – Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (comptables, avocats, etc.) – Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et à l’analyse stratégique – Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les entreprises dans lesquelles le bureau familial investit
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or law firm
Private investment bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of corporate and personal taxation
Ability to work with multi-asset portfolios
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion and impeccable professional ethics
Fluency in French and English at a professional level
