Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise the activities of a team of accountants – Ensure equitable distribution of tasks within the specialized accounting team – Manage performance evaluations of employees under his/her supervision – Review financial information concerning partner files, quarterly financial statements, audited financial statements, Ensure business relations with external partners responsible for investments under his/her supervision – Validate analyses of accounting policy discrepancies between the Group and its partners – Validate adjustments booked to comply with the standards used – Coordinate the automation of the accounting process – Manage the performance appraisals of employees under his/her supervision – Review financial information concerning partners’ files, quarterly financial statements, audited financial statements, legal financial statements and financial statements for tax purposes, as well as statistical reports for Canada Coordinate the accounting automation process with the various stakeholders for new investments – Act as super-user for the RPA – Respond to ad hoc requests for financial information from asset management – Assist senior advisors in supporting business units – Ensure compliance with contractual clauses contained in the various partnership agreements – Coordinate receipt of all financial data from partners

Your assets for this position!

  • Hold a CPA designation
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a complex, high-volume consolidation role
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, Canadian and international standards
  • Experience in team supervision
  • Ability to work with Microsoft tools (Excel)
  • Knowledge of J.D. Edwards (asset)
  • Bilingualism: required
