Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage strategic projects aimed at modernizing marketing, optimizing team members’ work capacity and automating data capture – Dynamically structure project management methods, define roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth coordination and rapid adaptation to changes – Act as your manager’s right-hand man, contributing to the implementation of IT strategy and operations – Develop project-specific agile methodologies – Actively collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices and accelerate project lifecycles – Contribute to the design of an advanced analytics platform to support business intelligence and predictive analytics initiatives – Lead IT-related projects, optimize work capacity of team members and automate data capture. Drive projects related to the adoption of new emerging technologies – Foster a culture of innovation within the team – Implement technology watch processes to stay at the forefront of industry advances – Coordinate ongoing training of the IT team to ensure mastery of the latest technologies and industry best practices – Agilely manage the work capacity of IT team members, fostering a flexible and collaborative approach – Collaborate with the VP Operations and other departments to propel the company’s international growth with modern methodologies – Contribute actively to marketing modernization and technological automation – Stimulate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement – Shape the future of the company’s IT operations
