Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee daily finance operations – Optimize ongoing processes – Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions and cash in customer accounts and corporate funds with value custodians – Resolve discrepancies identified with value custodians and account managers, applying appropriate corrective measures – Review quarterly reconciliation of customer account positions and values, ensuring accuracy of accounting records and regulatory compliance – Responsible for implementing and overseeing operations process transformation and improvement projects – Identify operational efficiency opportunities – Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to regularize matching, settlement and communication issues – Ensure training and supervision of operations team – Maintain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of financial operations – Manage regular review of operational processes, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Your assets for this position!

  • Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role
  • Minimum 7 years' back-office experience
  • Experience in portfolio or settlement accounting
  • Experience in direct team management
  • Minimal knowledge of derivatives, financial operations, conciliation, pricing, etc.
  • Familiarity with financial operations management, ideally in an asset management environment
  • Know how to question the way things are done in order to optimize processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Bilingualism: required
