Your responsibilities in a few words!
Develop and implement all HR policies and procedures – Create and structure a comprehensive employee handbook – Formalize onboarding, integration and termination processes – Act as primary HR contact with employees and managers – Advise management on labor relations and performance management – Ensure compliance with applicable provincial, federal and U.S. standards – Standardize internal HR communications – Clarify compensation and administrative change processes – Serve as strategic liaison between employees and managers – Ensure compliance with applicable provincial, federal and U.S. standards – Clarify compensation and administrative change processes – Serve as strategic liaison between employees and managers – Ensure compliance with applicable provincial, federal and U.S. standards Ensure compliance with applicable provincial, federal and U.S. standards – Standardize internal HR communications – Implement controls and structured HR documentation – Clarify processes related to compensation and administrative changes – Serve as strategic liaison between employees and the executive team

CHRP title (asset)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
Demonstrated experience in implementing policies and procedures
Experience in labour relations and managing sensitive files
Knowledge of Canadian labour standards
Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment Canada / United States (asset)
HR system implementation (asset)
Professional to bilingual English and functional French
