Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage the overall holding of the financial portfolio – Direct investments and preparation of financial statements – Prepare complete financial statements for the real estate portfolio: follow up on bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements – Negotiate the renewal of various types of contracts and mortgages – Complete monthly and annual reports and capital projects – Ensure financial controls – Collaborate with the finance department for special projects – Supervision of one person

Your assets for this position!

  • Hold a CPA designation;
  • Relevant experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of a real estate field
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, good organization, autonomy and leadership
  • Bilingual (oral and written)
  • Discretion, professionalism, adaptability and thoroughness are required
