Your responsibilities in a few words!
Assurer la comptabilité mensuelle ou trimestrielle de PME variées – Effectuer la tenue de livres, les écritures de régularisation, la paie et les taxes – Préparer et présenter les états financiers périodiques aux clients – Encadrer ou collaborer avec des technicien(ne)s comptables – Être une personne-ressource pour les entrepreneurs – Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables – Contribuer à la migration et l’automatisation des systèmes comptables – Gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur – Maintenir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle – Favoriser l’adoption d’outils technologiques chez les clients
Your assets for this position!
DEC or BAC in accounting
Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in a firm or company
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based tools (Sage, Dext, etc.)
Solid understanding of complete accounting processes
Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and GL
Ability to supervise or collaborate with technicians
Ability to manage several clients at the same time
Very good autonomy in managing files
Excellent command of spoken and written French
Functional knowledge of English
