Your responsibilities in a few words!
Mettre en place et optimiser les processus fiscaux – Assurer la conformité fiscale pour le Canada, les États-Unis et les transactions internationales – Effectuer une veille législative et recommander des stratégies fiscales – Gérer les audits fiscaux et interagir avec les autorités fiscales – Analyser l’impact fiscal des transactions transfrontalières et préparer la documentation de prix de transfert – Collaborer avec les conseillers fiscaux externes sur des mandats spécifiques – Contribuer à l’amélioration et à l’automatisation des processus fiscaux internes – Configurer les systèmes comptables pour assurer une conformité optimale
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation and Master’s degree in taxation
Minimum six years’ experience in indirect tax compliance and corporate taxation (Canada, U.S. and international)
Experience in managing provincial and U.S. tax obligations (SALT)
Knowledge of tax tools (Tax Prep, MS Office)
Experience in the healthcare or medical sector (an asset)
Ability to work independently and navigate in changing environments
Strong planning and execution skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and sharp business judgment
Excellent command of French and ability to work in English
