Your responsibilities in a few words!
Gérer le cycle complet de la paie – Administrer les assurances collectives, REER et autres avantages sociaux – Maintenir les dossiers employés à jour – Participer à l’accueil et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés – Offrir un soutien administratif RH quotidien – Veiller à la conformité légale et aux politiques internes – Documenter les processus RH et de paie – Proposer des optimisations aux systèmes et procédures – Collaborer à l’amélioration des outils et politiques RH – Soutenir l’équipe RH dans divers projets
Your assets for this position!
Over 3 years’ experience in complete payroll management
Knowledge of the Desjardins system (Employer D)
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
Degree in accounting, administration or related field
Payroll Compliance Certification (ACP) – an asset
Knowledge of Quebec labour law
Experience in benefits management
Professional bilingualism
Knowledge of Korean (an asset)
