Your responsibilities in a few words!

Effectuer des réconciliations détaillées des comptes clients – Effectuer des appels de recouvrement et documenter les communications – Préparer et communiquer des rapports d’ancienneté hebdomadaires – Contribuer aux processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année – Effectuer des analyses de crédit et recommander des limites – Gérer les comptes clients à risque en collaboration avec le service à la clientèle – Participer à l’amélioration des processus de recouvrement

Your assets for this position!

3 to 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable management
Ability to manage multi-entity accounts
Mastery of accounting systems
Bilingualism French/English
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage a high volume of work
Strong attention to detail and rigorous follow-up
Ability to improve and propose more efficient processes
Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
