Your responsibilities in a few words!

Traiter un volume élevé de factures et notes de crédit – Effectuer les rapprochements à trois voies et résoudre les écarts – Participer aux conciliations de comptes et aux écritures de fin de mois – Coordonner les cycles de paiements et respecter les délais – Mettre à jour les données fournisseurs et soutenir les audits – Contribuer à l’optimisation des systèmes et des processus – Travailler en synergie avec l’équipe finance et les entités du groupe – Assurer la conformité aux contrôles internes – Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or finance
3 to 5 years’ experience with accounts payable
Good command of Excel
Experience with an ERP system (SAP or Oracle)
Knowledge of Medius (asset)
Experience in a manufacturing or shared services environment
Knowledge of month-end processes
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Bilingualism required
